The Ei161e 230V mains powered ionisation smoke alarm with a 10 year life and a sealed self-recharging lithium back-up battery, which lasts the full lifespan of the alarm, is available in two versions: Ei161e supplied complete with Easi-fit base and Ei161RCEK replacement kit, which is supplied without the base. Quick to detect fast flaming fires, the Ei161e is ideal for households, HMOs and other applications needing to comply with BS 5839-6 Grade D1. The ionisation smoke alarm can be used as a stand-alone unit, or hard-wire interlinked with up to 12 Ei160e series alarms within a single system.
