The Hochiki ESP Single Input Monitor is effectively the circuit board of a manual call point designed to add specialist devices, such as manual key-switches, to an ESP-protocol addressable fire alarm system. Powered by the loop and addressed via an integrated 8-bit DIL switch, this input monitor can also drive an external indicator LED that will flash when the unit is polled by the panel and will be continuously lit when the input is activated. The board is self-contained and complete with flying leads for both device input and loop connections, and is supplied without a mounting unit as it is intended to fit onto many different devices for a wide variety of use cases.
