Product Overview

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Fire Safety Act 2021, all workplaces, commercial premises, and non-domestic parts of multi-occupant residential buildings must have a Responsible Person whose duty it is to keep people safe from fire. A key part of this is undertaking a Fire Risk Assessment of the premises and occupants, which must be completed by a competent person to accurately identify and judge fire risks and the needs of occupants. The best way to ensure this is to use a trained, professional Fire Risk Assessor – Safelincs' service has the added benefit of an online portal to access your report, develop and progress an action plan, and upload & manage your own fire safety documents.

For the simplest premises, it is reasonable that the Responsible Person may be able to complete their own Fire Risk Assessment.
