Office Fire Extinguishers
Most offices feature a mixture of foam or water fire extinguishers for general fire risks and CO2 fire extinguishers for electrical equipment.
Technology, however, has moved forward and new 'wet' extinguishers such as the service-free P50 foam extinguishers and the dry water mist extinguishers are suitable for live electrical equipment up to 1000V (at >1m distance). The installation of these extinguishers allows CO2 extinguishers to be removed and offices to be equipped with just one extinguisher type in most applications.
