The pre-connected electrode pads stored out of the foil pouch save vital time in an emergency. Featuring a clear, bright high resolution LCD screen, the standard HeartStart FR3 displays text prompts, graphics and incident data, while the ECG model also displays the patient's ECG trace. By evaluating the patients heart rhythm, the defibrillator also directs the user with voice prompts and advises whether to administer a shock, or perform CPR followed by a shock.
