The Firehawk FHN250RB is a mains-powered smoke alarm with an optical sensor and a sealed self-charging lithium back-up battery. Specifically designed technology such as the X-Profile and TSE (Thermal Stability Enhancement) reduce false activations from the detector whilst improving the performance of detection smoke. The Fast-Fix base allows for the alarm to be simply clicked into place for connection to the power supply and interlink cable. Maintenance and replacements are quick & easy, and alarms can be swapped between bases if needed. For extra peace of mind, the Firehawk FHN250RB comes with a 10 year warranty.

- This alarm is also suitable for both the Welsh and Scottish updated 2022 legislation

Work well and look neat & tidy Used the Firehawks to replace my old mains BRK alarms and whilst the new ones work well and look good (as far as alarms do) the fixings are different but with a bit of juggling I managed to fit them on the old base and wire them into it so I didn't have to remove the old base plates to leave gaps in the paintwork or re-do the wiring from scratch. It would be a good area for standardisation if manufacturers could agree on a common baseplate and connector for mains alarms it would make life easier.
