Rebated Fire Door Seal Kits - 25x4mm - Fire and Smoke - Astroflame

Tested and certified for use on FD60 and FD60S fire doors, these fire and smoke seals are made from an intumescent material that swells when exposed to high temperatures with an integrated brush. Before the flames reach the door, the brush will stop toxic smoke from penetrating escape routes, providing safety to occupants during an emergency. The 25mm by 4mm rebated seals will then expand to fill the gaps around the door, preventing flames from spreading throughout the building for 60 minutes.

• Fire rated for FD60 doorsets to provide 60 minutes protection
• Must only be fitted by a fire door professional and to doors with certification that allows retroactive rebating
• Suitable for 25mm rebates in the door leaf or frame
• Integrated brush blocks smoke from reaching escape routes
• Self-adhesive backing for easy fitting
• Available in single or double door kits:
  • Single door kit - 5 strips of 1.05m x 25mm x 4mm (LxWxD)
  • Double door kit - 8 strips of 1.05m x 25mm x 4mm (LxWxD)
• Certifire approved to BS 476 Part 22 and Part 31.1
• Intumescent material reacts to high temperatures to swell and block the spread of fire
