Dorma TS68 Overhead Door Closer - EN 2-4 A no-frills overhead closer for standard internal doors up to 1100mm wide. Selectable power size EN 2-4, with adjustable closing speed and latching action via two valves on the body. Certifire approved with a 120 minute fire rating.

Dorma TS71 Overhead Door Closer - EN 3-4 A rack and pinion closer for internal doors up to 1100mm wide. Fixed power size EN 3-4 with adjustable closing speed and latching action.

Dorma TS72 Overhead Door Closer - EN 2-4 Available with or without back check. Back check protects the door and the wall behind it when someone opens the door with force. Adjustable closing speed and latching action, with a five-year warranty.

Dorma TS83 Overhead Door Closer - EN 3-6 For doors up to 1400mm wide. Back check comes as standard, and it's also available with delayed closing action to slow the door down and help people pass through more easily. Certifire approved with a 120 minute fire rating.

Dorma TS90 Overhead Door Closer with Slide Arm - EN 3 A cam action closer with a fixed EN 3 power size, suitable for doors up to 950mm wide. Supplied with a standard slide channel arm and needs no mounting back plate. Certifire approved.

Dorma TS91 Overhead Door Closer with Slide Arm - EN 3 Cam action, fixed EN 3 power size, with adjustable closing speed and latching action. Available with an electro-magnetic hold-open function: wire it into your fire alarm panel and the door closes automatically when the alarm activates, on power failure, or when manually released.

Dorma TS92 Overhead Door Closer with Slide Arm - EN 2-4 Cam action with adjustable power size EN 2-4, suitable for doors up to 1100mm wide. Because the cam action opens with low force, it's a good fit for doors used by children, older people, or anyone with limited mobility. Also available with electro-magnetic hold-open.

Dorma TS93 Overhead Door Closer with Slide Arm - EN 2-5 Cam action with adjustable power size EN 2-5, suitable for doors up to 1250mm wide. Available with an electro-magnetic hold-open arm.

Dorma BTS75V Floor Spring A concealed floor spring with adjustable power size, adjustable closing speed and mechanical back check. The mechanism sits on the floor, hidden and protected. A cleaner finish than an overhead closer, and better suited to heavy or glass doors where overhead mounting isn't practical.

Dorma BTS80F Floor Spring A floor spring suitable for heavy doors (up to 300kg), as well as fire and smoke check doors. Available in three different EN power sizes (4, 5 and 6), the BTS80F has variable latching action, variable closing speed, delayed closing action and mechanical backcheck.

Which Dorma closer do you need?

Power size matters. EN 3 is the minimum for fire doors under EN 1154, so EN 1 and EN 2 closers aren't suitable for fire door use. Here's a quick guide:

• Standard fire doors up to 1100mm: TS68, TS72 or TS92
• Wider or heavier doors up to 1400mm: TS83
• Doors where low opening force matters: TS91, TS92 or TS93 cam action models
• High traffic or vandalism-prone areas: BTS75V floor spring
• Doors that need to hold open and close on alarm: any TS model with electro-magnetic hold-open
