St John Ambulance Burnshield® Emergency Rescue Kit

Containing a range of Burnshield® dressings, the Emergency Rescue Kit is designed with convenience and portability in mind. The dressings are saturated with Hydrogel, a naturally anti-bacterial gel that is held against the wound area by the flexible sheeting of the dressing. The dressing itself is composed of a fibre-free open cell material that will not stick to the wound, ensuring no further discomfort is caused.
