Reducing the energy of the defibrillator's shock from 150 to 50 Joules, these Philips HeartStart FR2 and FR2+ defibrillator pads are designed for treatment of children under 8 years old or less than 25kg/55lbs in weight. Supplied as a pair, the pads are fitted with a cable and connector, and are easily identifiable for infant/child use in order to differentiate from the adult defibrillator pads.
