Perko Powermatic Free-Swing Concealed Fire Door Closer

The Perko Powermatic Free Swing door closer has been designed for applications where permanently closed doors are not ideal. Wired in to the building's 24V DC fire alarm system, the free swing door closer enables a door to be left open at any desired angle, and then automatically closes in the event of a power cut or activation of the fire alarm system. Concealed within the door and the door frame, the Perko Powermatic Free Swing is completely unnoticeable when the door is closed, providing a clean and unobtrusive appearance to ensure the best aesthetics.
