Pub landlords and restaurant managers are legally responsible for the fire safety in their respected establishment and that it is correctly implemented throughout their business. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 states that fire risk assessments must be carried out in businesses and organisations by a Responsible Person. Not all landlords or managers have additional staff that can be assigned as a Competent Person which can properly assess the fire risks and define the corrective actions needed, so the fire risk assessment can be outsourced by Safelincs.
Pricing is fixed subject to reasonable conditions for pubs with accommodation up to 15 rooms. For pricing on larger premises, please contact our Servicing Team today on 0800 612 4827 or at email@example.com.

There is no definite guide to how often you should carry out a fire risk assessment. Government guidelines state that your fire risks should be regularly reviewed. Our recommendation is that you review your fire safety annually and carry out a full fire risk assessment if there are any changes within your business.
If your business or organisation has five or more occupants, you must have a written fire risk assessment. However, it is best practice to still record all the information and all suggested changes, which may have resulted in a follow-up action even if you less that five occupants.
