The Kidde Q10 optical smoke alarm features the latest HUSH Control technology. This allows a nuisance alarm – once it has been confirmed not to be life threatening – to be temporarily silenced for up to 10 minutes. After the HUSH period, the alarm automatically resets to full detection mode. The Q10 is fitted with a 10 year sealed lithium battery that is guaranteed to last the full life of your alarm. A wireless interlink version, the Kidde Q10W, is also available with these same features and the benefit of wider coverage in your home.
