Customer Care & Sales Administrator (Technical)

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed individual to join our expanding team!

  • Deal with all customers in a professional manner across all platforms, such as telephone, email and online chat
  • Provide customers with quotes, product information and process sales through the appropriate software
  • Arrange deliveries of orders, communicating dates and times to the customer
  • Deal with complaints in a sympathetic and professional manner
  • Proactively follow up outstanding customer quotations and seek assistance if required to win business

You will need to have a good level of IT, English and Maths skills and previous customer service experience is preferred. Full and in-depth training will be given therefore experience in fire safety is not essential.

Job type: Full time

Wage: £12.95 per hour

Holiday: 33 days including bank holidays

Location: Alford, Lincolnshire

Hours: 40 hours per week (excluding lunch), with a requirement to work some shifts up to 6.00pm and occasional weekends (8.30am – 5.00pm) on a rota.
