Safelincs are winners of Customer Service and Employer of the Year awards and are looking for a Deputy Customer Service Team Leader to join our team and share our passion for providing the best customer care possible.
In this role you will support the Customer Service Team Leader in developing and mentoring our team of Customer Service Administrators to provide market leading customer satisfaction.
You will need a good understanding of IT and have good English and Maths skills. Previous deputy experience is required; however, customer service experience is not essential.
You will be required to work within a rota of shifts, including some weekend and evening shifts. This role requires good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job type: Full-time within a rota of shifts between 8.30am and 9.00pm Monday to Friday and occasional weekends (8.30am-5.00pm)
Wage: From £24,000 - £26,000 per annum with additional evening and weekend supplement
Location: Alford, Lincolnshire
