Customer Service Administrator

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our expanding Sales Team!

You will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries and generating sales through email, telephone and our online chat system. Processing orders through web based platforms, such as Amazon and eBay you will maintain excellent levels of customer service.

You will need a good understanding of IT and have good English and Maths skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Answering Customer Calls

  • Deal with all customers in a professional manner across all platforms, such as telephone, email and online chat
  • Provide customers with quotes and product information
  • Deal with customer and company information with strict confidentiality

Processing Sales

  • Process all sales through the appropriate software such as Sage, Amazon and eBay
  • Proactively contact customers to inform of out of stock products etc.
  • Provide customers with quotations and pro-forma invoices through Sage

Customer Care

  • Contact existing customers to check that they are happy with their orders
  • Proactively offer customers any relevant special offers
  • Arrange the collection of any goods from customers
  • Deal with customer complaints in a sympathetic and professional manner

You will be required to work within a rota of shifts, including some weekend and evening shifts. This role requires good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Details

Job type: Full-time with a requirement to work some out of hours shifts (up to 9pm) and occasional weekends (8.30am-5.00pm) on a rota.

Wage: £9.73 per hour

Location: Alford, Lincolnshire
