Product Administrator

You will be responsible for the introduction, development, presentation and maintenance of new and existing product listings on Safelincs websites. Supported by the rest of the Products Team, you will work with our suppliers to develop and maintain our product ranges.

Senior Product Administrator

You will be responsible for supporting the Development Manager by re-prioritising tasks to align with departmental and business objectives and then distributing and overseeing these tasks within the Products Department. You will be required to identify opportunities and form relationships with Safelincs supplier network as well as completing your own Product Dept. tasks. You will also be responsible for forming a strong working relationship with customer service staff, which is essential for this role.

Services Manager (Fire Safety)

In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Safelincs’ servicing, installation and training activities and to continually grow the turnover of this department. You will be managing the fire safety services admin team and fire safety engineers as well as writing reports and attending relevant meetings. The role covers all of our fire safety services, such as installation, inspection and maintenance of equipment as well as training provision.

No fire safety experience is required, however experience of managing a team is essential.
