Extinguisher Hire and Servicing Contracts

Let us take care of your extinguisher provision and annual maintenance. For a competitive annual payment we will provide and install extinguishers and carry out the annual maintenance for three to five years. This avoids the high up-front costs of an outright extinguisher purchase. Our BAFE certified engineers will also automatically carry out the annual maintenance, without you having to worry about being compliant.

A contract with us also protects you against any future charge increases as your annual payment remains stable for the entire period of the agreement. At the end of the contract we will even remove and responsibly recycle the extinguishers. You can end the contract at any time but will have to pay the outstanding product costs for the extinguishers.

Step 1 - Fire Equipment Selection

Step 2 - Agreement Length

Please tell us how long you would like the rental and maintenance agreement to last. The agreement length must be between 3 to 5 years.

Step 3 - Site and Invoice Details

Please provide details of the site where the fire extinguishers / equipment will be installed.

Agreement Overview

Please Note: This is a provisional agreement based on the equipment and agreement length you have chosen. The agreement can be cancelled by you at any time throughout the duration of the contract.

Your contract period will be: 3 years

You will have 3 annual payments of: 0.00 ex VAT

The total fee payable over the duration of the agreement will be: £0.00 ex VAT

The first annual payment will be due within 30 days of your equipment being installed with the remaining payments due every 12 months thereafter for the duration of the contract.

Please Note: This fire rating is based on the equipment you have chosen and should be used only as guidance. We will provide a FREE site survey to ensure that your premises have the correct level of protection.

Cancellation Fees

If at any point you decide to cancel your servicing agreement, you may be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fees for the equipment you have selected are shown below:

If you are happy with the details you have provided please accept the terms & conditions and print off the agreement. The agreement needs to be signed and returned to us via FREEPOST.

Please Note: the installation of your equipment will be arranged on receipt of the signed agreement.
