- Suitable for inward opening single doors
- Once opened, bolt can only be reset by keyholder (where applicable) to ensure misuse of fire exit (for smoking breaks etc) can be detected
- Robust construction with 12mm (1/2") steel plated bolt
- Comes with 'emergency only' instruction sign and 'pull' sticker
- Easy to fit (detailed instructions, screws & pull handle included)
- Dimensions (main body): 135x85mm
- Models with audio alarm available - giving an alarm of approximately 105db (Battery included)
- Made in the UK
Please Note: The alarmed units are not suitable for fitting to steel or magnetic doors.
External fire exit doors can cause major access and security issues; all fire exit doors must be easily opened in case of emergency. Cooper Bolt enables quick and easy access to safety in the event of an emergency. At the same time the Cooper Panic Bolt will stop un-authorised access.

Q. Is the Cooper Emergency Bolt British Standard certified?
A. The cooper bolt comprises of a bolt and a key lock. There are no British Standards for bolt locking devices with a key reset. It is a one action operation, which Fire Authorities require in an emergency situation.
