Astroflame intumescent acoustic mastic is ideally suited for sealing and maintaining a structures fire and acoustic integrity when penetrating with pipes and cables. Astroflame intumescent mastic is designed for sealing gaps around fire doors, sealing joints and irregular holes.
- 240 minute fire rated mastic sealant
- Independently tested to BS 476-20 & EN 1366-4
- Acoustic tests to BS EN ISO 140-3
- Available in three colours
- Suitable for sealing:
- Gaps around fire doors
- Gaps around window frames
- Gaps around cable and pipe penetrations
- Gaps in low movement joints up to 25mm wide
- Supplied in 310ml tubes
- For internal use only

The amount of coverage does depend on the size of gap. Please find below approximate distances based on different size gaps: 6mm x 6mm = 8.6 meters per tube 9mm x 6mm = 5.8 meters per tube 18mm x 12mm = 3 meters per tube
