Yes, all the products listed are compatible. After purchase they do need to be house coded together to ensure they work correctly.
Yes, once the alarms and call points have been house-coded they will all go off if one is triggered either by the use of a call point or if one alarm detects fire.
The wireless manual call point that can be used with the Ei3100RF is the Ei407.
Replacement reset keys are available from us (Part No EI407TK)
The Ei407 is powered by an internal 10 year life lithium battery without any wiring needed and is linked to other wireless smoke alarms of the Ei family, whilst the Ei401RC requires a mains power supply and uses a wired interconnection with mains powered alarms.

Good battery life, when replacing these as they were 10 years old the batteries were still going and had a fair bit of power still left.

Easy to install and works as expected. Some slight problems setting up but mostly due to not reading the instructions more carefully. Phoned up for support and sorted it out straight away. We are very pleased with the system we purchased

Very easy to install and commission. No facility for attaching the reset key, as a result the key can be easily misplaced. No transparent guard available to prevent inadvertent operation.

works well but messy to set up You have to install each unit fully as part of the radio linking process, if you have say 4 to install in different places around a sprawling building it gets a bit mesy

Good device to show the importance we attach to fire-safety. A valuable device that placed prominently makes it obvious to users to hit the button at the first sign of a fire. The only issue is that placing it at the recommended height (for wheelchair users) the button is an easy target for curious children. Whilst it will work as a test device the EI410TRF is better for that purpose.

The operation of the activation button is a little tricky, however. It might not be immediately obvious (in the panic of a real fire) that the white plate has to drop down, revaling a yellow strip...
