Delivery
Free Standard Delivery
Our free delivery includes the delivery of the safe to your door only. This applies to any UK mainland location. You will be contacted by the carrier prior to the delivery to ensure that someone will be able to take collection of the safe. Please note that we cannot deliver with this standard delivery service if there are any steps or stairs leading to your door.

The instructions are short on information eg explaining fault(s)and I had to call the office as the electronic locking mechanism did not work. The fault was duff batteries, which was identified by Rebecca. Also I was suprised that the handle turned an eighth of a turn before drawing back the bolts. Should it not be more possitive than this?
