FAS White Fire Door Silicone Sealant
This white fire-rated silicone sealant from Fire and Acoustic Seals is designed to provide a barrier against the spread of smoke and fire. The silicone offers up to 60 minute fire protection around external fire rated doors such as flat entrance doors. Once cured, the silicone can provide additional protection against general weather conditions and remains up to 25% elastic movement capability, making it suitable for both internal and external applications.
- Suitable for:
- 60 minute fire rated for fire doors without capping
- 240 minute fire rating in other applications
- Sealing joints in walls, and around service penetrations
- Roofing and conservatory applications
- Use as a capping sealant for bead glazing
- A general use sealant for construction
- Once cured, unaffected by water, dilute chemicals, soap and household detergents
- Seals joints up to 25mm without slumping
- Fully compliant with British and European standards:
