Astra Door Closers

Astra door closers are designed for buildings where performance and appearance matter equally. Made in the UK by Astra Door Controls at its facility in Preston, these concealed door closers sit hidden within the door and frame, giving a clean, uncluttered finish that suits residential, commercial and architectural projects.

With 25 years of experience in door closing technology, Astra tests its products in a UKAS accredited laboratory, including performance testing to 500,000 cycles. Astra door closers are CE marked to EN 1154 across power sizes 1, 2, and 3.

The Astra 3000 Series offers the adjustability and control you would expect from an overhead closer, but without the visible hardware. The Astra 4000 Series is designed specifically for fire doors, providing a continuous, controlled closing action into the latch, with three different power sizes and adjustable speed in a single unit.
