The Perko Powermatic concealed door closer with EN power size 3, designed for fire and non-fire doors that are vulnerable to vandalism, is completely concealed within the door's body and connects to the frame giving a minimalistic hinge-like appearance. The closer is available in a variety of finishes to suit any door installation, as well as a ten year guarantee.

Does the Perko Powermatic Concealed Door Closer come with latch action?
Yes, it is suitable for both latched and unlatched installations. The Perko Powermatic Concealed Door Closer is fitted with an adjustable latching mechanism. This allows the speed of the door to be regulated during the last 15 degrees of the closing cycle.
Can the Perko concealed door closer be used with a 30 minute internal wooden fire door and still meet the current UK building control standards?

The Perko concealed door closer is certified to BS 1634-1: 2000 which can be used with 30 minute and 1 hour rated fire doors. The closer also complies with the requirements of Approved Document M for doors.

I have a glass door with a narrow stile. Can I still fit the Perko Powermatic?
The unit can be installed the other way round allowing for narrow stiled doors. For this to happen you will need to create a cavity in the frame/partition to accept the main part of the closer.
