Intumescent Ironmongery Protection for Fire Door Hinges - Astroflame
Made from high performance graphite, Astroflame intumescent hinge pads will swell and expand when exposed to high temperatures during a fire, sealing even the smallest of gaps around fire rated hinges to prevent the spread of fire and smoke. All ironmongery fitted to a fire door must be installed without compromising the integrity of the complete assembly, and this is especially important around hinges which interrupt the rebated or surface-mounted perimeter seals on the door leaf or frame.
- 60 minutes fire protection and suitable on FD30 and FD60 fire doors
- Dimensions (L x W x D): 100 x 30 x 0.8mm
- Supplied in packs of 6 (for a single fire door) or boxes of 300
