Single 60 Minute Fire Door Plain

What fire door rating do you require?

Please choose which fire rating you require. We offer fire doors with ratings of either 30 minutes (FD30) or 60 minutes (FD60) fire protection as standard. All of our fire doors are BWF-Certifire certified and are supplied complete with certification and fire door markings on the top of the doors themselves. If you require a door with a higher fire rating, please contact our dedicated fire door team calling 0800 433 4289 or by emailing firedoors@safelincs.co.uk.

Do you need a frame?

Please select whether you require a frame with your fire door. We offer fire doors leaves on their own or as a door set complete with made-to-measure fire rated frame, smoke seals and architraves. Please note: Fire door frames are supplied plain (not primed) as standard but can be upgraded to match your chosen fire door finish. Our fire door sets can be installed as inwards or outwards opening. To avoid transport damage our frames are supplied in kit form, not assembled.

Do you need a single or double door?

Please choose if you require a single, double or door and a half fire door. We offer single fire door leafs and double door sets or door and a half door sets with square or rebated meeting stiles. If you choose a double door set or a door and a half door set with a veneer finish you will be asked if you would like your doors pair matched .

What size door do you need?

Please select or provide the dimensions of the door leaf required. We offer fire doors in various standards sizes and also made-to-measure.

What measurements do we require?

What finish would you like?

Please choose which finish you would like on your fire door. Our doors can be supplied as a plain door (fully finished plywood/MDF, not primed), factory primed, or factory primed and painted as well as offering a range of real wood veneer and coloured formica finishes for you to choose from.

Would you like panels or glazing?

Please choose which style of fire door you would like. Our fire doors are available as a plain leaf, with raised panels or with various glazing options . Glazing panels can be ordered in either plain or frosted Pyrobelite plain glass.

Would you like fire & smoke seals?

Please choose if you would like intumescent fire and smoke seals. We can pre-cut a rebate around the edge of your door during the manufacturing process and supply the appropriate intumescent fire & smoke seals. This will reduce the cost and time of installing your fire doors.

Would you like fire door signs?

Please choose if you would like fire door signs. We can supply your fire door order with metal fire door signs to make sure that your door can be identified as a fire door and ensure that people know it needs to be closed. Please Note: We will supply a sign for each side of you fire door.

Would you like a fire door closer?

Please choose if you would like an overhead fire door closer to ensure that your fire door closes fully once it has been opened to help limit the spread of fire. We can supply your fire door with an adjustable overhead fire door closer which can be easily fitted and adjusted on-site by your installer.

Would you like a fire door retainer?

Please choose if you would like a fire door retainer. A Dorgard will allow you to legally hold your fire doors open and ensure that they are released in the event of a fire. We can supply your fire door with a Dorgard Standard or Dorgard SmartSound which can be easily fitted on-site.

Would you like a pull handle?

Please choose if you would like a pull handle and push plate. We can supply you with a pull handle, as well as a push plate for the reverse side of your door that can be easily fitted and adjusted on-site by your installer.

Would you like kick plates?

Please choose whether you would like us to provide kick plates for your fire door. Kick plates help to protect the bottom of your fire doors when they get kicked open and help to ensure your door will stand up to heavy traffic flow as well as protecting the door itself from knocks from hoovers, barrows etc.

Would you like a finger guard?

Please choose if you would like a finger guard. Finger guards help to make sure that users cannot trap their fingers between the door and the frame. We will supply a finger guard that can be fitted on-site by your fire door installer.

Would you like a foot operated door opener?

Please choose if you would like a foot operated door opener. DecaMed foot operated door openers allow doors to be pulled open with your foot reducing the contact points on fire doors and minimising the the spread of harmful germs and bacteria.

Would you like acoustic seals?

Please choose if you would like acoustic seals. We can pre-route out the rebate and supply the drop down seal for the bottom of your fire door during the manufacturing process and supply the appropriate Batwing® acoustic seals. This will give your fire door an acoustic rating of 30dB.
