Rebated Intumescent Strips Kit - 25x4mm - Fire Only - Astroflame

Fitted in 25mm rebated channels in the leaf or frame of an FD60 fire door, these intumescent seals swell to fill any gaps when exposed to high temperatures. This seals the door and frame to prevent fire and flames spreading for 60 minutes, providing valuable time for occupants to escape. They come in single and double door packs in either white or brown, all with self-adhesive backing.

• Certifire approved to BS 476 Part 22
• Must only be fitted by a fire door professional and to doors with certification that allows retroactive rebating
• Suitable for 25mm rebates in the door leaf or frame
• Fire rated for FD60 doorsets to provide 60 minutes protection
• Self-adhesive backing for easy fitting
• Available in single or double door kits:
  • Single door kit - 5 strips of 1.05m x 25mm x 4mm (LxWxD)
  • Double door kit - 8 strips of 1.05m x 25mm x 4mm (LxWxD)
• Intumescent material reacts to high temperatures to swell and block the spread of fire
• Also available separately with brushes to prevent smoke penetration
