Blue 60 Fire Rated Frame Foam with Optional Applicator Gun

Blue 60 is a specially formulated self-expanding PU foam which utilises ozone-safe propellants to provide fire protection around timber doorsets. Used in conjunction with the Blue 60 fire rated Packer Strips which are placed around the frame fixings, Blue 60 foam is tested for 60 minute fire rating on timber doorsets according to EN 1634-1 and BS 476-22. No additional mastics or sealants are necessary, with the Blue 60 suitable for gaps 7mm to 30mm and providing acoustic insulation up to 43dB on softwood, MDF, and hardwood frames. The Blue 60 PU foam is available to buy separately or with the applicator gun.
