Astroflame medium intumescent pipe collars are a high performance passive fire protection solution designed to seal PVC pipes in the event of a fire. Constructed with a robust stainless steel outer casing and containing advanced intumescent material, Astroflame pipe collars expand rapidly when exposed to heat, sealing pipe openings and restricting the spread of fire and smoke. These pipe collars are ideal for use on various pipes and other service penetrations in both commercial and residential buildings.

You do not need to cut 110mm pipe, the collar will open to fit around it.
