Astroflame X Series fire pillows are used to stop the spread of fire where the fire barrier has been broken, for example, fitting cables, metallic pipes, and cable bunches or trays into walls and floors. Astroflame 120-minute fire-rated intumescent fire pillows are CE marked and can be removed, replaced, and reused if the services change and can help you comply with buildings regulations and the Fire Safety Order.

  • Certified to EN 13501-2 in accordance with EN 1366-3, EN 1026, and EN 10140-2 test reports
  • Suitable for indoor and outdoor locations and tested:
    • With metallic pipes, cables, cable bunches, cable trays, and cable ladders
    • In block wall, concrete and masonry walls, and concrete floors
  • Available in three sizes (HxWxD):
    • Sausage: 330 x 50 x 20mm
    • Small: 330 x 200 x 25mm
    • Large: 330 x 200 x 45mm
  • Can be used as a permanent or as a temporary solution and can be reused multiple times
  • Made from a waterproof glass cloth bag and filled with organic fillers and intumescent additives
  • CE marked
