Technical Data
Fire rated letter plates are fitted with an intumescent liner and are suitable for installing into fire rated doors without compromising the door's integrity. These intumescent letter plates are fire rated for 30 minutes, available in 4 different finishes and 2 sizes.
- Quick-fit installation
- Adjustable telescopic sleeve set
- Suitable for door thickness's of 40-80mm
- 30 minutes fire protection (FD30)
- The intumescent material swells to seal the letter opening in the event of a fire
- Available in 4 different finishes
- Available in 2 sizes: 10" and 12"

- 10" letter plate: 70x272mm
- 12" letter plate: 70x306mm
- Internal slot dimensions (HxW):
- 10" letter plate: 37x221mm
- 12" letter plate: 37x254mm
- Cut-out dimensions approx. (HxW):
- 10" letter plate: 57x254mm
- 12" letter plate: 57x290mm
- Fully sealed letter plate flap
- Fitted with integral sound dampening bumpers
- Tested in accordance with BS 476-20/22
- Can be used in either horizontal or vertical orientation
- Ideal for fitting to doors in houses of multiple occupation
