Exidor 9870 Electro-Magnetic Free-Swing Door Closer - Power Size EN 4
The Exidor 9870 Electro-Magnetic door closer is ideal where low opening forces are required, such as care homes, hospices and hospitals. This door closer offers a hold open fixed power EN 4 which, when fitted in swing free mode, allows the door to be opened with no resistance from the closer. The door closer is wired into the buildings fire alarm system, when an alarm is activated power is cut to the unit and the closer then shuts the door.
- Supplied with an adaptor which allows easy conversion from hold open to swing free mode
- Hold open function allows the door to stay open until the fire alarm activates or there is a power failure
- 24V DC input voltage - the closer should be wired into the fire alarm system by a qualified electrician
- Available with either radius or square cover
- Silver or satin stainless steel finishes available
- CE Marked and approved to EN 1155

- Capable of holding doors open up to 180°
- Fixed power size EN 4
- Suitable for use on doors up to 1100m wide and 80kg in weight
