Dorgard Fire Door Retainer The original wireless fire door retainer. Set it with a foot press, and it holds the door open at any angle. When the alarm sounds at 65dB or more for 14 continuous seconds, it releases and the door closes. No wiring needed. Tested and certified to BS EN 1155 and BS EN 1634, and suitable for fire doors up to FD120. Buy a Dorgard from us and you get an exclusive five-year warranty: three years more than the standard manufacturer guarantee.
Dorgard SmartSound Fire Door Retainer The same retainer as the standard Dorgard, but it recognises the specific tone of your fire alarm rather than reacting to a sound level. A better fit for noisier environments like busy offices or schools.
Freedor SmartSound Free-Swing Door Closer Freedor replaces your existing overhead door closer and makes heavy fire doors feel weightless. Leave it open at any angle. It listens for your alarm tone and closes the door automatically in a fire. Particularly useful in care homes, hospitals and hotels where people need to move easily through fire doors during the day.
Fireco Pro Fire Door Retainer System A managed system for larger buildings. The ProHub connects directly to your existing fire alarm panel and maintains a constant wireless connection to all Dorgard Pro retainers, Freedor Pro closers and DorMag Pro magnetic holders on site. Up to 500 devices can be managed in one system, with an optional InSite cloud software subscription for remote monitoring. Ideal for schools, hospitals, care homes and multi-site organisations.
Deafgard Portable Fire Alarm Monitor A portable bedside device for deaf and hard of hearing occupants. When the fire alarm activates, the Deafgard triggers a vibrating pad, a high-intensity LED strobe and an on-screen "FIRE" alert. It also functions as a travel alarm clock. All Fireco products, including the Deafgard, are manufactured in the UK.

It connects directly to your panel via the ProHub, so there's no dependency on sound recognition at all. If the system loses signal, a battery runs low or batteries are removed, Pro Range units close the door automatically. That matters in a busy building.
