If I need to return a product who is responsible for the cost of the return?

The cost of the return is dependent on the reason for the return. If the item is no longer wanted then the return postal costs would be covered by the customer. If there was a fault with the product the costs of return shipping would be covered by Safelincs once the fault was confirmed.
