Kidde Relay Module - RBUN
The Kidde RBUN Relay Module is a mains‑powered, surface‑mounted interface unit designed to enhance the functionality of interconnected smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide alarms. Featuring a 230V AC supply with 9V battery backup, it provides reliable relay activation for auxiliary safety devices such as sprinkler flow switches, manual call points, external sounders, or lighting systems. With selectable operation for SMOKE or CO alarms and volt‑free relay contacts, the RBUN ensures seamless integration, coordinated emergency signalling, and compliance with UK installation standards.

- Relay activates only when a smoke / heat alarm is triggered
- Relay activates only when a CO alarm sounds
- Compatible with Kidde/Firex smoke, heat, and CO alarms including KF series, Slick series, and 4MCO/4MDCO models
- Ideal for linking alarms to sprinkler systems, manual call points, or third‑party safety equipment
