Customer Care Administrator (Part-time)

Overview

We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Administrator to join our busy friendly team. You will take incoming customer calls as well as answer customer queries through email, phone and Chat. Processing orders through web based platforms, such as Amazon and Ebay you will maintain excellent levels of customer service.

Location: Alford, Lincolnshire

Roles and Responsibilities

Answering Customer Calls and processing sales

  • Taking customer calls and dealing with their enquiries in a professional manner
  • Providing product details on request
  • Offer special deals to customers as part of our advice service
  • Process orders through appropriate systems, such as Sage, Amazon and Ebay
  • Provide and follow up quotes and pro-forma invoices
  • Deal with customer complaints in a sympathetic and supportive manner
  • Arrange the collection of any goods from customer
  • Track parcels for customers
  • Process returns ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution for the customer

Online Chat

  • To represent Safelincs customer service on the Online Chat system, dealing with customer enquiries and orders

You will be required to work in a professional manner at all times dealing with customer and company information with strict confidence.

Hours

This role is part-time, with some flexibility in hours. You will be required to work a minimum of 5.5 hours per day between 8.30am and 6.00pm on Thursday, Friday and 8.30am-5.00pm on Saturday.

Wage Hourly rate £8.46
