Safelincs Ltd, the UK’s largest online fire safety provider, are very proud to announce winning the
Lincolnshire Business Awards 2009.
Safelincs entered the category for Best Customer Care. There were a large number of entries for this category, including Lincoln Cathedral and other large businesses.
The award was given in recognition of the excellent service that Safelincs offer their customers. The customer care programme, which was developed in collaboration with staff, includes direct phone links to individual staff members, pro-actively collecting and acting upon customer feedback and an extended returns policy (14 days instead of the required 7 days).
