Ringtail has developed a new range of emergency exit signs and emergency lighting luminaires to meet the future of low energy, high efficiency and environmental demands. All products use high performance LED’s which have a design life of 10 years and incorporate microprocessor monitors to measure all basic operation circuitry automatically and without any intervention. The unit carries out three self-tests: A continuous battery test, a lamp test and a duration test. This reduces the demand on the maintenance schedules over the lifetime of the product. The use of LED’s, which also produces less heat, allows for greater flexibility in design, which leads to more aesthetically pleasing layout.
