There is nothing to be done to improve this company. The product price was excellent, the delivery cost was included in the price and finally the delivery time was excellent. Initially the goods were out of stock but I received an e-mail to inform me of the arrival of more stock. This was very good customer relations on behalf of Safelincs. Well done.

This is my first purchase from safelincs, but certainly my initial impression is of a company which is on the ball and, consequently, it demonstrates to me that the customer is paramount in the order of priority. Just for your information, I have had a fire blanket for years although I've occasionally thought I ought to have an extinguisher and, in fact, at one time learnt by heart which kind of extinguisher was suitable for which kind of fire. But time goes by, etc., etc. Then a friend of mine had a small fire in her home, put out immediately by her (Gloria) powder extinguisher, and she said it was the best £25 she had ever spent. After cleaning up the powder, she saw that there was no damage to her carpet, no indication that there had even been a fire. Anyway, that galvanized me, and hence the recent purchase on her recommendation.
