Very good. Two areas for improvement: 1 - more guidance on what type of extinguisher to buy 2 - more "home packages", deals.

Sue Wilson (and her colleague whose name I cannot remember) were very helpful when dealing with my order. The delivery man was also very pleasant and helpful. He took the box containing the restraining screws out of the packaging for me, which I otherwise might well have missed.

Delivery - there was no delivery after 2 weeks. Contacted Safelincs who were extremely helpful. Seems the package got lost who knows where. Called back to say it would be delivered next day specially. It was. Very helpful and courteous. Have checked the "strongly agree" on delivery as it was after loss. Great. Apart from mysterious lost items, recovery was great

I am more than satisfied with Safelincs, however delivery was abysmal from UKmail. They totally ignored my instructions and their tracking system and staff member assured me parcel was going to be delivered when it was not out for delivery. Safelincs staff sorted it out and it eventually arrived. Thank you to Safelincs staff.
