What Happens when you order Fire Extinguisher Servicing

With our nationwide network of BAFE certified engineers we can carry out the servicing of your fire extinguishers and fire blankets. Once you have booked your servicing by telephone (freephone number 0800 612 4827) or through our online booking system, your order will be allocated to the servicie engineer in your area.

A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the order. The engineer will contact you directly by telephone to arrange a mutually suitable time and date when he/she can attend your premises to carry out the servicing. This is carried out within 28 days of ordering the extinguisher service.

The engineer will service your extinguishers and label them and will issue a maintenance certificate which will be left on site and is valid for 12 months. You will be invoiced following the completion of the servicing. The invoice is payable within 30 days.

Should you require additional components while the extinguisher engineer is with you, the engineer can ring Safelincs headquarters on your nehalf to get a price and to allow the immediate placement of orders should you wish to proceed with the order.
