The First Alert 2040 fireproof media protection box offers an hour of fire protection. Suitable for storing CD's, DVD's, USB drives, floppy disks, memory sticks, backup tapes, etc. the 2040 is perfect for business and domestic use.

Q. Can the fireproof boxes be secured to the floor?
A.
Drilling through the bottom of the box, while possible, will reduce the fire and water resistance of the fireproof box. If you need to protect valuables from theft we recommend that you purchase a front opening steel fireproof safe.

Have not used wheels and it does only fit 7 tapes but ideal as a server backup storage facility.

Excellent value for money little fire safe - stores my backup tapes for my server. Anyone needing more than that would need a bigger safe
