The Ei225E carbon monoxide alarm uses a proven sensor, based on electrochemical technology. The detector checks for CO every 50 seconds in the surrounding environment, ensuring that potential leaks are identified quickly. The unit also features a built-in memory and records if CO has been detected.

works well and easy to install with apparently feature showing low level CO leak rather expensive and limited life - why does the whole unit have to be replaced rather than just the out of date part
