230V Remote Testing and Silencing Control Switch - Ei152
The Ei152 is a dual switch with Test and Silencing functionality. This allows the user to perform these functions quickly and easily without having to use chairs or ladders to reach the actual Smoke or Heat Alarms.
The Ei152 is designed to be used in conjunction with Ei151TLR/156TLR/161R/164R/166R Smoke and Heat Alarms.
The Ei152 is supplied complete with its own surface mount pattress and all mounting fixings.
- 230V mains powered unit
- Turning on the "Test" switch will activate all interconnected Smoke and Heat Alarms
- Turning off the "Test" switch will reset all of the interconnected Smoke and Heat Alarms
- This system test should be performed weekly
- Manual fire alarms can be achieved by simply turning on the "Test" switch
- If a nuisance alarm exists, pushing the "Hush" switch will silence all interconnected Smoke and Heat Alarms
- The "Hush" function will send all interconnected Smoke and Heat Alarms into a state of reduced sensitivity for a period of about 10 minutes and will then automatically reset
