Technical Data
Doors in busy buildings that experience a high amount of traffic, such as hospitals and schools, can be subjected to many knocks and scrapes. Over time this can harm the door's fire rating. The Astroflame door edge guards not only protect the edge of the door from impacts, but also have integrated fire and smoke seals which help to maintain the fire rating of the door.
- 30 and 60 minute fire rated versions
- Suitable for single and double doors
- Integrated fire and smoke seals
- Supplied in 2.1m (2100mm) lengths
- Available in a range of widths
- Leg depth: 15mm
- Finished in satin anodised aluminium
- Impact tested to 200kg at 3.5mph and 50kg at 7mph
- Tested to BS 476-22:1987
