The Kidde 900-0230 is a digital Carbon Monoxide alarm with slim line designer casing. The alarm incorporates both highly effective detector technology and a sleek finish. The digital display shows carbon monoxide readings that are taken every 15 seconds, indicating any changes in CO levels. The alarm can be wall mounted or free standing.

Seems to be an excellent device,hope we never need it!

Scarily it told me to clear the room as soon as I put the (included) batteries in, but it turned out I'd just got my hand over the vent.
Once my incompetence had subsided, I found the unit to be neat, well made and functional. I haven't been able to put it to the test for real (and hope I never will) but the digital display is very useful. The instructions are particularly clear and I would recommend it to anyone.
