The integrated seat belt cutter aids escape from various vehicles and is built in to the handle so that it can't be touched directly for safe handling.

Sturdy & does the job! Only down side is the base is a bit hard to find a mounting spot for so its accessible to driver / passenger. But think that's an issue for all of these devices.
