The RTH11 is a portable hand-held emergency light which comprises of a charging base and a detachable hand-held unit. The portable lighting units unique photo-sensor activation technology ensures that the unit will be illuminated automatically if the lighting drops below a specified level. In the instance that the lighting does reduce to a level that the light turns on, it can be removed from its charging dock and used as a hand-held device .
