A.The Ei140 series has a small rectangular hole in the side of the unit. To remove the head of the unit you need to disconnect the mains from the unit at the fusebox and insert a small flat head screwdriver in to that hole. Press down slightly with the screwdriver. Slide the head in the direction of the arrow. This should slide off with ease. If not a little pressure may be needed to be able to slide it in the direction of the arrow.
