The fitting instructions (in pictorial form) were a little confusing. I used the instructions from your website to reinforce and clarify those supplied - it was then easy. If the instructions had been a bit better my rating would have been 5*.

Due to my own lack of knowledge about the product I phoned for help and found the staff very friendly, very knowledgeable and I learned exactly what i needed to know before placing my order on-line and I was staggered to receive it the next despite the distance, Christmas period and weather conditions that had delayed many other purchases
